TSOL/Basement Boys/Shitty band from Chicago who.....

Didnt even play and Effigies or Naked Raygun cover.....


Basement Boys.....fucking hilarious. played sloppy as fuck but still good and entertaining.
Shot Baker.....terrible garbage. Had a couple good hooks, but mostly terrible and boring.
TSOL... played great. Solid set, and for a 4 piece they really fill up space musically.

More people ended up showing up than i thought. Pretty cool.

Basement Boys- best BB set ever, easily. Need to record new songs. Quest for tit is a solid gold hit.
Shot Baker- lol, kinda sounded like a watered down Avail. Very boring.
T.S.O.L.- my favorite band, flawless. Highest possible praises.

At the beginning, there were like 10 people there but it definitely filled up with over 200 people. Not bad. The Jack Grisham alex kellar call out was major lols. Also, cool new people.

BBoys - I feel like if this were the old BB, 3 piece or not, my rants would have been cut short by dumb things like songs, NOT LAST NIGHT. So much fun, the crowd while small was righteous and ready to be entertained and were in spades. Apparently Jack Grisham listened to at the very least one of the parts of the set where I was telling the crowd to go see Darvocets at NTC after the TSOL set. So much fun.

Shot Baker - How do you bake a shot? This befuddled me and then the music bored me. "WHOA"s are dumb 98.99997% of the time.

TSOL - Guitar tone was righteous and the crowd was fun. Stayed through 2/3 of the set and then loaded out because A) I have a plexiglass window and B) I was WAYYYYYYYY drunk.

Honestly the best time I've had at Peabodys ever (the drink tickets helped a LOT). Also, if you see any new punky kids showing up to the Tower, that's because Joe and I were passing out calendars and hard-selling the shit out of the Tower.
